Longslice Salmon
We have expanded our range of calibrated salmon slices. In addition to the successful varieties of baguette and sandwich salmon, we have also added the longslice salmon to our range. The advantage of our calibrated products are the exact same slices cut from smoked salmon fillets.
Our longslice salmon is tailor made for you: Every slice is exactly the same in shape and size, either 29 x 10 cm or 8 x 12 cm, with a packaging size of 1.5 kg or 500 g. Perfect for sushi, cream cheese rolls or canapés.
A good cut, slice by slice:
- Cost savings due to fast processing - Calculation security
- Simply removal of the salmon slices - Without skin or dark meat
- Made of ASC salmon is possible

Longslice-Lachs
Wir haben unsere Produktrange der kalibrierten Scheiben erweitert. Neben den erfolgreichen Sorten Baguette- und Sandwich-Lachs haben wir die Variante Longslice-Lachs mit ins Sortiment aufgenommen.
Der Vorteil unserer kalibrierten Produkte sind exakt gleiche Scheiben hergestellt aus Räucherlachsfilets.
Unser Longslice-Lachs ist für Sie maßgeschneidert: Jede Scheibe ist nach Form und Größe genau gleich entweder 29 x 10 cm oder 8 x 12 cm bei einer Verpackungsgröße von 1,5 kg bzw. 500 g. Perfekt für Sushi, Frischkäseröllchen oder Canapés.
Scheibe für Scheibe ein guter Schnitt:
