CARPET ART OF THE NOMADS

With an exhibition of Baluch carpets and weavings, Lars N. Nygård is celebrating 50 first years having the fortune of working with Oriental handicraft.
The event takes place in a logged barn in a country museum- Blaafarveværket - The Royal Cobalt Mines. The place is Nyfossum, Modum, about one hour‘s drive from Oslo.
The show consists of 207 woven and piled works, displayed on 31 walls in 7 rooms, on a total of 375 square meter surface.
